Attorney Frank McCabe grew up in the Wyoming Valley. He attended Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, graduating magna cum laude with a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and English literature. He graduated from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington Delaware.

After passing the Pennsylvania Bar Examination, Attorney McCabe was employed by the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney. During his time as an assistant district attorney he prosecuted cases ranging from DUI to criminal homicide.
